Heavenpanty has the right to automatically charge you for your monthly plan whether you decide to sign up for a customer portal account or not. Subscribing to our service doesn't mean that we automatically create a customer portal on your behalf. In order to access your customer portal, cash your store credits and manage your chosen subscription plan, you will still need to create an account with us.

After this link, do not attempt to sign in without creating a customer portal account since you will be getting this error message "Incorrect email or password". Please press "Sign up" and fill in your information with email you used to subscribe. After you create an account, you have to activate it through an email link sent to the same email account. After this step, you will be able to sign in and manage your subscription.
