We would hate to see you go! But if you insist, you can cancel your subscription via your customer portal. We can't cancel on your behalf, but if you are still having issues doing so please let us know.
Heavenpanty has the right to automatically charge you for the subscription plan you have chosen when you first completed your preference survey and paid for a free trial month whether you decide to sign up for a customer portal account or not . Subscribing to our service doesn't mean that we automatically create a customer portal on your behalf. In order to access your customer portal and manage your chosen subscription plan, you will still need to create an account with us.
To sign-up for customer account kindly go to this link https://heavenpanty.com/account/login?return_url=%2Faccount. After you create an account, you have to activate it through an email link sent to the same email account. Please use same email used to complete the preference survey and subscribe to heavenpanty.
When you login to the customer portal using the account you just created with us, please scroll down under Subscription & Preferences to find the "cancel plan" button.
